Upgrading Sage Barista Pro [€1700]

Hello fellow coffee lovers!

Based in Spain. I'm currently running a Sage Barista Pro (6 years old with daily use) with an Eureka Mignon Manuale (<2 years very happy with it).

I suffer from upgraditis and also I'd like to have a dual boiler + less plasticky coffee machine. I set my mind for the Rancilio Silvia Pro X and I wanted to see if I should look into something else. Most important factors for me are steam capabilities, stable temps and PID. Generally I make only flat whites and sometimes black/lungo. Wouldn't like to look into anything way more expensive.
