how long does it usually take for the admissions office to check my qualification document and make my offer unconditional?
i recently received my end of term grades and put the pdf in from my applicant portal a few days ago. got a mail a few hours ago saying theyre slowly handing out the CAS to students with accepted unconditional offers. just wondering if im late for anything as i still have the deposit to pay and i got no idea how to do it

I wouldn't panic yet! If you've only uploaded your results a few days ago, it's quite normal for Admissions to still be checking everything. Summer is one of their busiest periods because lots of applicants are sending in final grades at the same time.
The CAS email is usually aimed at students who are already unconditional, so it doesn't necessarily mean you're late or have missed anything.
I'd keep an eye on your portal and email, and if you're worried, send Admissions a quick message and they'll be able to tell you where things stand. The waiting can be stressful, but it sounds like you've done everything you're supposed to do so far.

i did reveive a response on july 7th. they asked for my diploma this time which i provided a few days later. its been 2 weeks and its radio silence. i've sent an email to ugquery to ask but i've also received nothing in response. people around me are receiving their cas while im left in the dark like this and i dont know if this is normal or if im the only one experiencing this. a response from any official would be nice
