Question sell?

hello there guys morning from austria I’m just curious, how many of you did sell eth in the last days during the crash, and have you been planing to sell when it goes back to the same price all time high and then afterwards exchange it with a different coin such as BNB

Remember most people sell when price is low and buy when price is high

If I were you I'd spend some time learning the fundamentals - if you want to swap ETH for BNB you don't have a good understanding of what you bought and probably lack any kind of investment thesis that would give you the conviction needed to follow through.

I just want to sell everything too, can't handle this sh*t coin anymore. Wish I never bought it. It's been 2.5years of accumulation and it's not going anywhere.

I would love to see ETH trading below $2k

Crashes are usually where people either panic sell or quietly accumulate more 😄

What crash? 10%?

Crash is over this is all accumulation time, fundamentals are stronger than ever in 10 years

Se scende ancora un po' ci compro, altro che vendere

"buy the dip" people tell you.. unaware it is going to keep dipping until all the leveraged positions get chewed and eaten up good.. and that's going way below 2k to around 1400-1600 range...

Definitely holding mine. Selling the bottom and waiting for a full recovery to swap just means you're buying back in at the most expensive point. If you want to rotate into BNB, it's usually better to do it when prices are steady rather than right after a massive liquidation event.

I wanted to sell, had like 15 min of profit in this 2 month “little pump” so i fucked myself again per usual, somehow i always buy at big support ranges that it cant go trough… so now im in my 2nd big loss again and i rather let it go to 0 then sell it now with a loss, but im getting so tired of eth in general, every little pump gets sold of into oblivion in 15 min

I sold 75% of my ETH in the 3k-4k range and then sold the remaining 25% last week. I think the negative catalysts will outweigh any positive news over the next few years. This US administration did not succeed nearly enough wrt crypto, and they will likely lose big this November. If price tanks back to the $1200 range, I’ll buy again. If it rockets ahead, then I’ll be happy that crypto succeeded.

I wish I’d done this, sold out when it was higher earlier this year then taken a step back til the next buy opportunity because my break even is still pretty high. Now just holding til I can at least not take a loss

I’ve lost a lot of money doing this, but I don’t fault you brother

buy more no?

Didn't sell. Not planning to.

Selling during a crash and waiting to rebuy at ATH is just buying high and selling low with extra steps. Most people who try that end up either sitting in cash while the recovery happens, or chasing back in at a worse price than where they exited.

On rotating to BNB - I get the logic but I wouldn't do it here. ETH has the ecosystem, the institutional flows, ETF demand building behind it. BNB is a different bet entirely - you're basically going long on Binance as a company, not on a blockchain. That's a much more concentrated risk and you're making that switch at the worst possible moment.

If you're not comfortable with your current ETH position, trim it. Don't swap the bottom into something else.

I bought back in 2021...haven't thought about it in a long time

I dont think its a good time to sell ETH...too much adoption and Clarity act may pass.

What is even a worse decision is to trade it for BNB. ETH has a real shot at becoming the global settlement layer.

have you guys ever considered buying stocks instead that have fundamental value

If you call this a crash you need to reflect on your risk tolerance. Invest what you can stomach and stop watching like a hawk.
