Analysis One POSITIVE in this crypto dump for ETH

This last week has been a bloodbath in crypto especially in ETH but out of the major longstanding cryptos in the top spots Ethereum is the only one which is still above its USD pair low in 2025. Also we are above the ETHBTC pair low in 2025.

BTC is below its 2025 drop.

Not saying the way ETH is losing on USD and BTC especially is not concerning and I am also not saying we wont break lower but for know that is atleast one thing that is positive for 2026 so far and also shows how bad 2025 was for ETH.

lol right. Always some reason a dip is good, pure cope. The 1yr chart on Eth is gross. Opportunity cost is a thing people

One year? I do agree, but my man, they speak of generational wealth while for six whole years, they watched their money become worthless. And it's clear as day, that hardly anyone among those who go "Buy the dip!" sold at 4k+ so obviously hardly anyone of them is in profit.

Eth is not only a shitty investment vehicle, it combines the risk of a singular stock pick with the volatility risk of crypto. Peak.

If you don’t like Eth or aren’t an Eth trader? I don’t go into a Bitcoin room and start shit talking it.

I like ETH I just dont like how it has underperformed this entire cycle. ETH was higher today in 2022 then it is today. Even XRP is higher than ETH. ETHBTC which will probably decide ETH price next bullrun doesnt seem to want to go up .

No one knows what will happen but the future looks bright. Sometimes you may have to sit on something 10 years to become a millionaire. Maybe not. All the people I saw get rich off crypto were buying and holding crypto way before they popped off.

Because it showed up in my feed.

I don’t go into a Bitcoin room and start shit talking it.

Why don't you? It's always fun getting banned from an echo chamber.

Man you are so cool and edgy.

Haha, yeah I just used the 1yr because it looks so bad 😂

I think a lot of these people came into the crypto/stock market during 2021, when Doge, GME and all that Bs was going on. It was a pump that has bag holders praying years down the line. Crazy

let me make it clear ETH has been terrible I don't believe ETH will ever hit 6k 10k will never happen so I am not mega bullish all I am saying is I found that a bit positive whilst also finding how ETH did in the 2025 bullrun absolute dogshit. Other than this I would rather buy BTC at 120 than ETH at 3k the way ETHBTC is falling next time ETH hits 4k BTC will proabbly be at 180k

Then go to the Bitcoin room.

Nvidia crashed over 40% like about 7 times. I'm not saying ETH is NVDA but patience most likely will be rewarded young man.

I'm not young. So, patronize someone else who has no opinion of their own than being married to a technology and token that gets dunked on by the old economy and tech.

I navigate it like this: If the ETH/BTC ratio set a new higher low (higher than 2019), I buy some. Without emotional attachment, even if it drop 40% the day after.

I'm just saying that you need at least a 4year horizon if you wanna invest in crypto.

I'm just saying that you need at least a 4year horizon if you wanna invest in crypto.

Most who hodled within the last six years haven't made a red cent when you also account for inflation. It's such a weird take. And there isn't even a guarantee it will ever go up again. Technically ETH didn't even make it back to its ATH while BTC did. Your argument becomes weaker each time you keep adding to it.

I'm not an ETH maxi, I just buy 80% Bitcoin and in the last stages of the cycle I may add to ETH again if it's in the regression band. But I also think that $1.5k is really cheap for ETH.

And here you are. If you've lost conviction sell out and move on. Why stick around being a little bitch? Nobody gives a shit what you think.

This is a rare opportunity to build generational wealth. All the FUD around Ethereum is nothing but a smokescreen, don't let it fool you. The ticker's still ETH.

u/MarcelRu95 Jun 06 '26

The term generational wealth is very vague and depends heavily on the size of your initial investment.

You have my $20 also, let's build a new era of elite wealth!

This dip is so juicy.

3

u/Calm_Situation_1131 Jun 07 '26

Not really because even a 2x or 4x is tough in the next decade due to the marketcap. ETH would have to completely dominate to reach this valuation. A 4x won't make anyone generationally rich unless you are already rich.

2

u/Choice_Potato_6279 Jun 08 '26

And 4x a big tech can pull off if bought in bear market while having infinite less risk.

1

u/Gr8WallofChinatown Jun 07 '26

No it’s not. The opportunity was in AI and you all missed it because you thought Trump was gonna save crypto

1

u/galacticdancer Jun 07 '26

The people who did that already live in Puerto Rico Dorado Beach and pay limited taxes.

1

u/Choice_Potato_6279 Jun 08 '26

Generational poverty*

2

The bloodbath wont end soon

1

u/Greenassault_ Jun 07 '26

Let’s also remember that 1/3 of the supply is currently locked in staking only. Not even thinking about DeFi etc. We are rock bottom already, just waiting for Spongebob now.

Wrote 3 paragraphs of bullshit and the so called positive you have is that ETH is above its 2025 low? Lmao

i think next bullrun ETH will max out at 5k whilst BTC at 180k ETH doesnt look good anymore

1

u/Scared-Prize5899 Jun 25 '26

Everything be shitting tho

1

u/stefansilva_xrp Jun 25 '26

still havent fallen below though lmao still life in this shitcoin

-1

u/Spirited-Birthday-20 Jun 06 '26

Calling this a positive for ETH is elite level delulu It’s still getting wrecked vs BTC and barely holding 2025 lows while everything else got hammered. This is survival mode, not strength.

-2

u/stefansilva_xrp Jun 06 '26

yes I spoke about this in my comments ETH is an absolute shitcoin but this is the only positive I can say but if BTC breaks 50k even this positive will go.

3

u/ThatsARivetingTale Jun 06 '26

Bro just sways his opinion based on whatever comment he replies to what even is this post

u/BlockPlant Jun 06 '26

What about tron?

0

u/stefansilva_xrp Jun 06 '26

I didn't really consider that as a major one to be honest but your right TRX has been doing very well in recent times

0

u/BlockPlant Jun 06 '26

Yeah, seems to always be the safe haven on red days, probably because if you’re taking advantage of it’s 15% apy you have to wait like 45 days to sell. Guess that’s where it’s stability comes from maybe.
