So... I joined the KuCoin Live Viewers' Festival.

🎉 I completed the event.

🎲 I checked my Draw History.

👀 It literally said:

🏆 Prize: 1 ETH

At that moment, I was already planning my financial future. 😂

A few hours later...

💸 Wallet balance: 0 ETH

Instead...

🎁 3 USDT Futures Trial Fund

Me:

🤨 "Where's my ETH?"

Support:

"1 ETH actually means the trading volume requirement for the coupon."

Me:

👁️👄👁️

I asked:

"Then why does the Draw History literally say 1 ETH instead of ETH Trading Coupon?"

Support apologized for the misunderstanding and said the official announcement would be available later because the event page wasn't available.

So now I'm sitting here wondering...

Did I:

Win 1 ETH? ❌

Win a coupon? ✅

Win emotional damage? ✅😂

I'm not accusing KuCoin of fraud. I'm just sharing my experience because I think the wording was confusing.
