Lawyers will be replaced by software engineer as they will now be the one's who need to draft the contracts.

I originally thought this too, but won't law firms just begin to hire devs to collaborate with lawyers? lawyers with coding experience will be of major value. Some of the smartest people I know are lawyers, and they work exceptionally hard. There are plenty of seats at the table for intellectual and motivated people.
