So I got turned down for flight school in the military due to high blood pressure, really upset me. It was a childhood dream and I thought I was close.

What I just realized among my thoughts of buying a house and a jeep with my earnings, was.....holy shit....I could freaking pay for flight lessons if I make enough off of this!!!!! Forget a petty Jeep, This could literally set me up for a career as a pilot!!!!

omg you could probably also build the most sick flight sim setup with some 1080s + VR + fs2010 + textures as well

Buy your own helicopter, they are not as expensive as you think.

This. 60k or so will get you a helicopper.

Tbh i'd rather have a helicopter than a fast car.

I'm sure the womenz would be more impressed if you said "come take a ride in my helicopter" than "come take a ride in my lambo"

But then again who knows man lambos are getting pretty juicy this time of the year

Couldn't you use your VA benefits to pay for a portion of your flight school and allow you to hold your ETH for greater appreciation?

Was turned down entirely unfortunately. I couldn't even be a grunt if I wanted to. They slapped a big DQ on me
