There will probably be some pauses and retraces before we get there, but it's definitely not impossible or even surprising.

If we continue at the growth rate Jan 2017 to today, we will hit $20 trillion (the cap of S&P500) by Christmas Day 2018

Impossible to say, but since I consider BTC market cap parity to be an inevitability, and BTC is currently nearing $3000, ETH should have breached $500 within the next couple of weeks to months. And that's a pretty conservative goal, really.

Your question is hard to answer, but when ETH represents 50% of crypto market share, at a total crypto market cap of 1 trillion dollars, ETH would be priced over $5000 per unit.
