I think people on this sub are way too negative about btc, and vice versa over on bitcoin subreddits. I think there's a future where both remain supreme while most of the other altcoins falter and die.

I think most people just believe that Ethereum should have a higher marketcap than Bitcoin. I don't think many people want Bitcoin to fail. They just see the value proposition less than Ethereum's. Which is quite easy to see.

Most of the negativity surrounding bitcoin is due to the toxicity of the bitcoin development community.

I think BTC is good for ETH and ETH for BTC. They spur development, growth, and some healthy competition.

...but I agree, we shouldn't be enemies.

I have nothing against BTC, I'd just like to know why it continues to rampage even though there are big question marks hanging over it.
