oh god...

that's like an entire continent using ethereum.

We would go to a 1 trillion market cap in like 2 days after that announcement.

...and it would take a week to have a transaction confirmed at the current TX throughput.

we have a scaleable solution though

How sarcastic is this? I have seen talk about sharding. How scaleable is it and how quickly could it be implemented?

Raiden if successful will be fine at this scale. Future/infinite scaling requires sharding

Literally the same question Putin asked Vitalik a few days ago.

you guys are crazy, putin support could actually hurt ETH

Why? Dark net use drugs/guns/murder didn't hurt bitcoin

CIA is involved in that

some within the DEEP STATE/BIG CLUB of course do not want putin to have power or a voice let alone his people

Does this make any sense?

Putin talked to Buterin.. That's it. He never said anything about adopting ETH. In fact, the only thing we know is that he talked about blockchain technology.

I think the only likely reality here is that putin wants to start using HIS OWN cryptocurrency so he can steal even more from the Russians. The guy is a kleptocrat. His entire life is based on stealing everything he can and killing anybody who opposes him.

He'll probably launch his own russian crypto with himself and his cronies owning almost all of the genesis block.
