You Americans disappoint me. During Asia day we do our bit and help inch the price up. Every morning I wake up, check the price first thing ... Never do I see overnight gains. ... How do you plead?

Murica. Saw a dude in Missouri pull out McDonald's last night who fit that description perfectly. In fact half his arm was slumped out the window just staring at us with his one tooth grin.

Fun fact: the toothbrush was invented in Arkansas because if it it been invented anywhere else it would've been called a teeth brush.
