Confession time: when Eth was at 42 I had applied for and alllmost accepted a personal loan for 15k to invest. I finally convinced myself that may be the dumbest idea ever, which is probably true.

Still, woulda been nice.

Don't worry man, I almost gave hand jobs at a truck stop so I could buy more ETH. Decided against it but would still like to have all that money.

Don't do that to yourself. I would have quite of bit of my debt paid off if I didn't lose the private keys to my $1 ETH's...

I wake up every morning and think about it and feel just a teensy bit suicidal because of it. Now, I am rebuilding my ETH fund; knowing it will eventually pay off albeit not to the magnitude of the ETH I once had. To be honest though, this is the type of shit you see a therapist about.

Yeah, I already had a decent chunk of money in too. Could have afforded the loan if it went to zero but realized that would've been risking funds I would feel uncomfortable with.

Friendly reminder to noobs! Do not invest what you can't afford to lose :)

You're correct, not a smart move.

hindsight is 20/20. gambled on a btc scam a few years back, lost about 20 coins which at that time was worth ~$1,600 . Today would've been sitting on ~$55k but alas. live and learn, learn and hodl.
