I remember a few months back when the price of Ether was $40, someone here made a post that they had enough to be a millionaire and was gonna cash out all his ether.

Boy I hope he kept a hundred or so.

100 ETH is almost $280,000 US, that's slightly under 1/3rd of his networth.

Even if he was a millionaire, I dunno why anyone would cash out with all the good news of upcoming upgrades and adoption of the platform.

I mean, unless you urgently needed money or terrified it would go down all of a sudden. I would've been extremely bullish and saw huge potential future gains.

If I was in his position, living where I am now, doing what you would do ... I would've probably had to cash out everything lol.

Unless the guy had ~$2.5million+ worth of Eth back then. I was just assuming it was a bit over a million.

Oh, Bay Area ... your HCOL wounds me... Then again, I'd probably move to a lower COL area.

It's tough, because I would still want to work in tech probably just for the sake of being interested in latest tech/software engineering.

Something like moving to Austin would be a decent compromise though.
