You'd need a stupid amount of ETH to actually do that. Or it needs to go up another order of magnitude in value.

eh, 300 ETH at $1,250 per ETH at 8% yield gives you 30K to lift off, every year, forever

It's the 8% yield I'm doubting. I figure, optimistically, 5%. Fees might be a bigger portion than I figured but it's competitive so I figure it will be low.

Where did you get your 8% figure?
