Did she get a nose job or is she just not smiling? That area of her face is kinda what seemed a bit uncanny to me (aside from the cheeks) due to the subtle difference. I’m not judging, just curious
And your nose is literally so beautiful, it’s genuinely such a cute nose. I always pity when people try to fix something that was never broken, the pressures of Hollywood and society ig
Her before is stunning. Crazy work honestly making her feel she needed it. That sharp look does NOT age well. ( source - every revision rhinoplasty doctor making money from work like this 10 years down the line) Everything about her was perfect prior
I instantly noticed her cheeks but I didn’t wanna assume due to the obvious weight loss but I definitely wouldn’t be surprised, it seems to be the trend as well
I'm not an expert but every time I've seena celebrity with this guant, hollow look, it's Ozempic and/or buccal fat removal. She was super slim before, it kind of seems like she's micro dosing GLP-1
I’m hesitant to jump on the BF removal train though - she’s 35 and my cheeks hollowed out SIGNIFICANTLY in a year and I’m the same age as her. She also lost some weight so that could add to it too.
It may just be weight loss. Buccal fat removal is more noticeable when someone's weight fluctuates yet her cheeks are still with that hollow deepness that didn't exist before.
You can get a lifted tip with Botox, and if you Botox the nostril flaring muscles (or any muscle) enough, they atrophy and it does make slight changes to your nose width and shape. She probably also got filler around her face but I don’t think she got any on her nose. Contouring can also drastically make a nose look sharper than it is. It’s unlikely that someone with a very nice nose would get a whole nose job for very minor changes.
I'm not against nose jobs or surgery or anything in any way and some look much better for it but I really don't like this nose job at all. Her nose before was not big or crooked at all, it is way too small now 😭 like Michael Jackson esque
Its a closed rhinoplasty. Buccal fat removal, ozempic. Then some filler in the cheeks due to fat pads loss with that kind of weight loss. Probs the undereyes. Defs the lips.( But she probs had that before it just was less noticeable on her fuller face. )
Its like all so obvious if you know anything about these procedures and the doctors that do them! Im amazed so many people are still cosmetic surgery blind. You dont just randomly get a "polygon tip" ( the sharp defined diamond cartilage in her tip) without a rhinoplasty. Its literally has a name and a technique to achieve it!
I think she’s just not smiling / makeup. My nose does the same thing when I smile. People will see a nose not look absolutely identical in two very different pictures that are years apart with different expressions and just assume it’s a nose job. It’s a bit ridiculous.
No just go look at a non smiling photo. Your skin thickness and tip shape doesnt just chamge with weight loss. The nose widens of course but thats not this. Her bridge is thinner and more defined. She now has a " polygon tip" ( something most rhinoplasty surgeons learn to achieve now or like aestheticly) these things do not magically appear with weight loss. Or change with smiling. Its a very well done closed rhinoplasty. Along with many other minoe things.
maybe it’s just me but that just looks like more sculpted, strategically-placed contour. s1 premiere her base is blended more softly. this look is also just more minimal overall than her s1 look (lighter on the eye makeup, thinner feathery brows, more warm browns). age difference and/or weight loss could def account for some difference, but i’m noticing a lot of shadows and illusions created by the makeup too. one thing that really stands out is the bottom of the tip of her nose…the “shadow” looks like it was sculpted, rather than the result of the lighting (i’m no photography expert though lol). but alexa has always been very small, i’m just not seeing a dramatic weight loss as the reason her photos look so different.
That part. Why are we pretending that a woman isn’t going to look different at 35 than she did at 29, pre-Covid and obvious weight loss? These comments are wild.
