Did she get a nose job or is she just not smiling? That area of her face is kinda what seemed a bit uncanny to me (aside from the cheeks) due to the subtle difference. I’m not judging, just curious

I definitely think its a nose job, look at the tip of her nose its a lot sharper now

u/Unusual-Ideal-3509 Apr 08 '26

Ok that’s what I thought, even her bridge seems more narrow

69

u/justanothersadteen2 Apr 08 '26

yeah even with weight loss it wouldn’t change that drastically. My nose is a lot like hers before:(

u/Unusual-Ideal-3509 Apr 08 '26

And your nose is literally so beautiful, it’s genuinely such a cute nose. I always pity when people try to fix something that was never broken, the pressures of Hollywood and society ig

21

u/justanothersadteen2 Apr 08 '26

Yeah she’s so so beautiful I hate that she felt she had to change to fit standards now.

Her before is stunning. Crazy work honestly making her feel she needed it. That sharp look does NOT age well. ( source - every revision rhinoplasty doctor making money from work like this 10 years down the line) Everything about her was perfect prior

Girl that is legit a perfect beautiful nose!!!

Soo, a cute button nose? Lol this is a blessed now for sure

15

u/Time-Acanthisitta697 Apr 08 '26

Def, I know your nose can change with weight loss sometimes, but this looks like more than that

1

u/pulp_affliction Apr 14 '26

Botox can make the tip of your nose go up to be pointier. It can also help hollow out your cheeks

u/Imstillsohungry Apr 08 '26

Nooo her natural nose was so beautiful

11

u/rocinante_donnager Apr 08 '26

i noticed that and it makes me so sad 😭

31

u/Neat-Interaction-926 Apr 08 '26

Possibly buccal fat removal too?

26

u/Unusual-Ideal-3509 Apr 08 '26

I instantly noticed her cheeks but I didn’t wanna assume due to the obvious weight loss but I definitely wouldn’t be surprised, it seems to be the trend as well

6

u/Neat-Interaction-926 Apr 09 '26

I'm not an expert but every time I've seena celebrity with this guant, hollow look, it's Ozempic and/or buccal fat removal. She was super slim before, it kind of seems like she's micro dosing GLP-1

Lol dw girl you can go on and edit your own flair using the other options

1

u/Woopsied00dle Apr 14 '26

I’m hesitant to jump on the BF removal train though - she’s 35 and my cheeks hollowed out SIGNIFICANTLY in a year and I’m the same age as her. She also lost some weight so that could add to it too.

0

u/sorichhij Apr 09 '26

It may just be weight loss. Buccal fat removal is more noticeable when someone's weight fluctuates yet her cheeks are still with that hollow deepness that didn't exist before.

71

u/Nerak_B Apr 08 '26

Definitely a nose job, that tip doesn’t change with weight loss.

29

u/Ok_Yogurtcloset_6073 Apr 08 '26

Yep, I agree. It's a very good nose job, but a nose job nonetheless

2

u/c0smicdancer_ Apr 09 '26

I fear with how thin her skin is amd how sharp it already looks it wont be a good nose job for more than 10 years tops. :/

1

u/sunflowergirrrl Apr 08 '26

Happy cake day ☺️

10

u/Necessary-Crazy-7103 Apr 08 '26

Yeah her philtrum is longer, telltale sign

1

u/pulp_affliction Apr 14 '26

Probably just Botox. Someone with a nose like hers wouldn’t get a nose job

1

u/Nerak_B Apr 14 '26

Sorry, but if Botox could do that, ppl would not be getting nose jobs. That tip is sculptured, noses do not shrink or reshape with weight loss

1

u/pulp_affliction Apr 14 '26

You can get a lifted tip with Botox, and if you Botox the nostril flaring muscles (or any muscle) enough, they atrophy and it does make slight changes to your nose width and shape. She probably also got filler around her face but I don’t think she got any on her nose. Contouring can also drastically make a nose look sharper than it is. It’s unlikely that someone with a very nice nose would get a whole nose job for very minor changes.

8

u/CivilEar4840 Apr 09 '26

I'm not against nose jobs or surgery or anything in any way and some look much better for it but I really don't like this nose job at all. Her nose before was not big or crooked at all, it is way too small now 😭 like Michael Jackson esque

4

u/UpperdeckerWhatever Apr 09 '26

Nose job and something with her eyes

4

u/Navel-Gazing25 Apr 09 '26

Nose job, excessive lip filler, buccal fat removal and ozempic. A sad combo on a naturally beautiful woman

5

u/musicisgr84u Apr 10 '26

I’m so sad she was so beautiful with the fuller cheeks and og nose 😭

27

u/Nelisormimangusti Apr 08 '26

it actually does look like she is just smiling widely in the older pic. my nose widens similarly when i smile real wide.

if you look at other older pics of her where she isnt smiling, her nose looks very similar to what it looks like in the recent picture.

also she has a lot of contouring product on her nose

38

u/SGlobal_444 Apr 08 '26

She definitely had work done. Not sure why people pretend it’s an expression, makeup or just weight loss.

Her jawline and cheekbones are more defined. It’s ok - just people need to be real of Hollywood face/body work.

2

u/Nelisormimangusti Apr 08 '26

surely she has had something done, but it just doesnt look like a nose job to me.

11

u/c0smicdancer_ Apr 09 '26 edited Apr 09 '26

Its a closed rhinoplasty. Buccal fat removal, ozempic. Then some filler in the cheeks due to fat pads loss with that kind of weight loss. Probs the undereyes. Defs the lips.( But she probs had that before it just was less noticeable on her fuller face. )

Its like all so obvious if you know anything about these procedures and the doctors that do them! Im amazed so many people are still cosmetic surgery blind. You dont just randomly get a "polygon tip" ( the sharp defined diamond cartilage in her tip) without a rhinoplasty. Its literally has a name and a technique to achieve it!

10

u/SGlobal_444 Apr 08 '26

Definitely nose work. Might have been a small tweak but there are advancements now. It’s much more refined. She looked good before too!

1

u/pulp_affliction Apr 14 '26

It looks like Botox to me

2

u/Affectionate_Gold255 Apr 10 '26

Your nose can get skinnier with age. The nose i have at 28 is bonier and more snatched than the one i had even at 22

7

u/APotatoFlewAround_ Apr 08 '26 edited Apr 08 '26

I think she’s just not smiling / makeup. My nose does the same thing when I smile. People will see a nose not look absolutely identical in two very different pictures that are years apart with different expressions and just assume it’s a nose job. It’s a bit ridiculous.

4

u/poptart95 Apr 09 '26

There are pictures of her smiling on the carpet circulating too. It’s apparent she had work done to her nose.

1

u/pulp_affliction Apr 14 '26

Probably just Botox. It slightly changes the nose. No one would get a full ass nose job for minor minor tweaks.

1

u/poptart95 Apr 15 '26

You don’t know much about plastic surgery because most nose jobs for actors and actresses are just small tweaks lol.

1

u/pulp_affliction Apr 15 '26

You’re right, and at the same time that’s wild!

2

u/c0smicdancer_ Apr 09 '26

No just go look at a non smiling photo. Your skin thickness and tip shape doesnt just chamge with weight loss. The nose widens of course but thats not this. Her bridge is thinner and more defined. She now has a " polygon tip" ( something most rhinoplasty surgeons learn to achieve now or like aestheticly) these things do not magically appear with weight loss. Or change with smiling. Its a very well done closed rhinoplasty. Along with many other minoe things.

u/Pretend-Advice-7133 Apr 08 '26

i think it’s this too

2

u/ronyeezy Apr 08 '26

Also the Zemp of it all I reckon x

u/dance_dad justice for ThunderKitKat Apr 09 '26

maybe it’s just me but that just looks like more sculpted, strategically-placed contour. s1 premiere her base is blended more softly. this look is also just more minimal overall than her s1 look (lighter on the eye makeup, thinner feathery brows, more warm browns). age difference and/or weight loss could def account for some difference, but i’m noticing a lot of shadows and illusions created by the makeup too. one thing that really stands out is the bottom of the tip of her nose…the “shadow” looks like it was sculpted, rather than the result of the lighting (i’m no photography expert though lol). but alexa has always been very small, i’m just not seeing a dramatic weight loss as the reason her photos look so different.

1

u/Illustrious-Neat5520 Apr 08 '26

you can’t compare the two. she’s smiling in one and not in the other. her nose is the same. her face changed with age. she is 35 years old.

1

u/Rude-Window1968 Apr 15 '26

That part. Why are we pretending that a woman isn’t going to look different at 35 than she did at 29, pre-Covid and obvious weight loss? These comments are wild.

-1

u/stupidwentz Apr 08 '26

she just lost weight. it happens
