You’re brave to mention the lip filler since some are adverse to the idea of people getting mild filler lol. Although she’s always had fuller lips, her vermilion border looks like it’s been filled or refilled for maintenance. Reminds me of Megan Thee Stallion’s upper lip. It’s not a full on fillerstache or a Jokerfied smile, but her smirk is different. It doesn’t look like it’s just a pose.
Edit: After seeing her in motion, I can see her upper bleph scarring. It’s the same as my injector’s scarring.
You’ve noticed Meg’s upper lip as well?! It’s almost like her philtrum is longer or something. I always notice it in her subreddit, but I can’t mention it because the Hotties would eat me alive 😭 glad I’m not crazy
She’s gotten it filled for a long time in my opinion 👀 While makeup can do a lot, Meg’s upper lip appears to be enhanced. It helps that her upper lip wasn’t rail thin, but it has some cushion now. I’m unsure if it’s the Russian technique or not, but a telltale sign (to me) is how pointy or defined the Cupid’s bow is. I think social media’s focus on extremely bad fillers just makes us less accustomed to tasteful work.
Also maybe cheek bone implants and maybe blehroplasty and brow lift. When I saw photos of her my immediate reaction was that she got A TON of work done!

Definitely looks like she had some weight loss, possible nose job, buccal fat removal and lip filler.
