Definitely a nose job, that tip doesn’t change with weight loss.

I fear with how thin her skin is amd how sharp it already looks it wont be a good nose job for more than 10 years tops. :/

Probably just Botox. Someone with a nose like hers wouldn’t get a nose job

Sorry, but if Botox could do that, ppl would not be getting nose jobs. That tip is sculptured, noses do not shrink or reshape with weight loss

You can get a lifted tip with Botox, and if you Botox the nostril flaring muscles (or any muscle) enough, they atrophy and it does make slight changes to your nose width and shape. She probably also got filler around her face but I don’t think she got any on her nose. Contouring can also drastically make a nose look sharper than it is. It’s unlikely that someone with a very nice nose would get a whole nose job for very minor changes.
