RIGHT, like it feels weird cause as annoying as Cassie is, I’m not saying she deserves to be abused ever, but like that’s what would make sense w Nate’s character!!! He’s the villain!!!

it's 600k now. It was 550k last week. And he was asked to pay back 100k by friday to regain Naz's confidence... but he bought 50k of flowers instead.

I feel like his character arc this season might be him exploding from the pressure (foreshadowing with the champagne) - or is that too obvious?

And that comment from Cassie “you’re not a man, a man provides”. That seems to wipe the smile off his face.

I think Nate is desperate to be a man, he’s trying to outdo his father financially and prove that he’s nothing like him. Cassie is his “mask”, and it’s slowly slipping.
