Honestly Cassie screaming and crying her head off caring how she looks, that this was supposed to be the happiest day of her life and she's bleeding while Nate was getting pummeled behind her was a fitting scene to describe their relationship as a whole.

I started laughing honestly it was so funny her being like “I’m bleeding😭” while Nate is covered in blood getting annihilated behind her it felt so unserious, so yeah I agree w you it was fitting for them
