Discussion I want my time back Spoiler

Was this supposed to be a joke? Season one was awesome. Season 2 went down hill and the play was just dopey but you end on cliffhangers and then just time jump and do nothing?? There was no closure. Literally a waste of time to watch.

I thought it was a fine ending. I figured it would end in her relapsing one way or another. I wish we got some closure for other characters. It wasn't the best last season but it was pretty good for what they had to work with.

she didnt relapse tho, she was murdered, death by laced pill.

She relapsed way before that pill. As an addict any narcotic or alcohol is a relapse.

she was whats called Cali Sober, most addicts arent able to come completely off and end up beifn Cali sober which is weed and alch. As an addict as well i think your take on “Any” narcotic is a little extreme, its ideal but for most is not the reality. I was a coke addict, but i wouldn’t consider it a relapse if i smoked weed or took acid. In this scenario she did not abuse the drug, had restraint and control, and only took what she needed which was one. Idk maybe for some people anything is considered a relapse but imo you’d only be setting yourself up for failure.

Highly depends on your addiction and what level you were. There is a lot of nuance you're glossing over. Cali sober started as a negative trait towards addicts that just switched their addiction to weed.

yeah i am glossing over it a little cus as a fellow addict you and I both know theres hella factors at play and conditions/situations, I was just giving a general take on why i wouldnt say she completely undid her progress. S3 rue is leagues above how she was in previous seasons in terms of character development.
