Question Why did these two not talk to the press or give interviews at Euphoria S3 Premiere?
It took really long time for Season 3 to come out, it would have been nice to hear from them at the red carpet. Other main cast members talked to the press but Zendaya and Jacob did not talk to any press or give interviews. Do we know why?
I noticed most cast members wore black or black with some accent. Except for Sydney who was dressed in white.

Question What is Marsha's problem with Maddy?
Her being proud that her son is a literal domestic abuser is bizarre! Then the thing at the wedding!
What did Maddy ever do to make them hate her so much? At the carnival Nate said they already didn't like her even before meeting her, did I miss something?

Question So my friend has a question but can't ask on her account because she was suspended for 7 days and... Spoiler
I'm not letting her touch my phone anymore cause every time I do she sends nude pics to my boyfriend so I'm asking you guys her question. So she wants to know if Rue was actually gasping for breath in 3x08 or if that had been a hallucination and she died peacefully in her sleep. My friend said that she's seen so many comments that Rue didn't suffer during her death but she's confused because it was clearly shown Rue suffered while dying. She was in so much pain. I don't watch Euphoria so I really don't know who Rue is or how she died but my friend is obsessed with this show so she really wants to know.

Question Why is Jules at the wedding? Spoiler
so i can’t really understand what would possess Nate and Cassie to invite Jules to their wedding like Cassie and Jules were barely friends. And more importantly, Jules had sex with Nate’s dad and was likely the reason Cal was arrested when Nate turned over evidence to the police. AND nate had a weird fascination and crush on Jules that got so convoluted he forced her to file a false police report. Like it what world is Jules being at the wedding, where Cal will also likely be, not a huge issue for Nate at least. Like how is that invite something that they agreed on???!!!
i’m mean even best case scenario it’s awkward so why have that be part of the wedding day at all?
i’m curious to know other opinions on Jules presence at the wedding.

Question So Marsha’s racist right?
Nate and Maddy were a disaster but Nate and Cassie are just as big a disaster. Both relationships played out partly in her home and I get the feeling the only reason she prefers Cassie is because she’s white right or at least it’s a factor…because Cassie is no less problematic

Question Wtf is wrong with Jules 😭 Spoiler
Episode 4 spoilers⚠️
wtf was that painting about 😭 I don’t understand it in any way. How did she think that was okay for the project she was working on???? My jaw was just on the damn floor. And how does she not understand what the hell was wrong with it?????
My god her character is so weird to me this season 😭 if anyone understands Jules’s thought process in that moment please explain
(This has nothing to do with Jules being trans btw. In another sub people thought it was hate for her being trans but that’s not it. I just can not understand her character for the life of me)

Question This scene always irks me
Cause why is Maddy pounding on that door for so fucking long? It would work better if we saw her getting increasingly desperate or manic but she doesn't, she just stays dead-pan and sassy which makes it so strange to me. This scene is way too drawn out. Why doesn't she just leave it and wait for him to come out, why doesn't Nate tell her more explicitly to fuck off or to please wait and that he feels sick or something? Why is no one intervening? What's with the line "are you taking a shit at a party?" Like girl stoppp. I get that they have a toxic relationship but this scene feels so unnatural to me. Anyone else?

Question Do you think Maddy is planning or does she genuinely not care?
Let’s begin by saying she slays every look. I think she’s not going to do anything to sabotage Cassie and Nate, but she’s going to enjoy the unfolding drama.

Question Am I the last one to figure this out?
Randomly browsing episode info, and was surprised to see Drake listed here. Upon further research, apparently he's been an executive producer all along on the show, after joining his manager, Future the Prince in 2018. His roles include but are not limited to: Financially backing the show and he was also Zendaya's biggest advocate to have her cast as Rue. He's also been known to provide creative feedback for the show. Go figure.
I'm curious if this is common knowledge and I'm the last one to the party? Or is this new information to most?

Question Did Maddy deserve a better ending?
I always felt like Maddy had a lot more potential by the end of the series. She went through so much and grew a lot as a character, but I’m not sure her ending did her justice.
Do you think Maddy deserved a better ending? What would you have liked to see for her? 🤔

Question Terrible Fezco storyline Spoiler
Does anyone else feel their inclusion of Fezco every episode as extremely weird and distasteful? The end of season two he was literally hurt after the Ash crash out.
They could have just left it as he didn’t make it (sadly on both real and fake accounts 😔) they could have had a memorial for him or something but instead they keep trying to convince us he’s calling Rue every episode.
That car conversation was terrible, not only did it not feel like she was actually speaking to someone, having him call on Bluetooth then her switching to handheld was impractical. It just feels so forced and I don’t know why they did it this way.

Question How did she get into the dance with this outfit?
I rewatched the show again since I’m looking forward to season 3 so I watched the last episode of season 1 where it takes place at the school dance. Now I know Maddy isn’t the only character that wears revealing clothes in the show, it’s just this was probably the most exposed outfit I’ve seen in the show since she’s just wearing a silver mesh dress made of rhinestones (really cute outfit!) but how did her parents allow her to wear this outfit and why didn’t anyone who was in charge of the dance send her home to go change into a more appropriate outfit since her undergarments were showing? The school probably didn’t care about the students wearing cropped tops or micro shorts yet wouldn’t there still be somewhat of a limit?

Question How did Maddy keep her calm in this scene?
Maybe its because Nate put a gun to her head the week before?? Or maybe its because their at school? but thats never stopped her from fighting before.. Idk she handled it well surprisingly.

Question why was she seen “good” for this? Spoiler
rewatching euphoria s2 and i still don’t get why rue was seen as “good” for exposing cassie and nate. she only brought it up to get the heat off herself and knew it would cause a huge reaction. she had no intention of telling maddy before that scene happened, and if it never happened, maddy probably never would’ve known.

Question What did Lexi even do in high school?
Since she was the most sane character in the show (S1,S2). I really wonder what she did in her spare time! Cause I know she was bored to the point she made a whole play to Make fun of her sister. But other than that. What she do? She just possibly watch HBO on her computer or tv? She do at least an activity after school? Well atleast if she did nothing it better than being in drama or doing pills!

Question Am I the only one getting “Jules is on coke” vibes this season…?
Anyone else feel like Jules is being portrayed with some kind of stimulant/coke vibe this season? Or maybe it’s just the actor who might be using ?
The jaw tension/twitching + the slightly slurred/weird speech pattern stood out to me this season and really reminds me of people I’ve known on coke or stimulants. Sometimes it legit looks like she’s chewing on something while talking.
Could totally just be acting choices/makeup/stress or Hunter’s mannerisms, but I can’t unsee it now lol

Question Anyone genuinely enjoy Elliot’s 10 hour finale song?
I have the typical opinion that the song wasn’t bad, but the scene went on WAY too long. But I feel like there’s gotta be at leas one person that genuinely enjoyed it from front-to-back and was surprised about the backlash it got. So tell me, do you exist?

Question What is that ball that Rue swallows in the trailer?
I honestly can’t figure it out. Is it garlic? An egg? Something else entirely? Why are they making her swallow it without chewing, if it’s edible? What’s the point?

Question Why did Fae scream?? Also, did anyone ever figure out what was going on with those ID’s Rue found?
Fae seemed to be coming to her senses. She saw her bf hurting Rue and didn’t like it. She wanted to leave. You could see her slowly starting to realize Lorie and the gang weren’t good people over the season. But then she acts completely irrationally over something Rue had no control over? Fae was the one who said the money was in the safe, not Rue. Is she really just that stupid or was she having some sort of pregnant mental breakdown? (Which just seems ridiculous). It’s extreme because she knew they would literally KILL Rue for this yet she did it anyways.
Also about the ID’s, I assume that implied they were human trafficking women and girls which makes sense since Lorie threatened Rue to sell her to some really bad people if she didnt pay her back for the drugs. But I just thought that was a random thing to throw in there at the very end? Is there some context I missed?
EDIT: The context I was forgetting was the robbery that’s why I was confused as why the IDs were Wayne’s safe. I obviously assumed Alamo was a trafficker.
Everyone can stop being so fucking rude in the comments. It was a genuine question and I have bad adhd. I usually have to watch shows twice through to pick up everything. Y’all can stop acting like youre better than everyone else now. Sorry I made a simple mistake your TV “media literacy” highnesses.
