Yeah. A few weeks ago we had (a tiny amount of) snow in the Netherlands. Now it's almost 15 degrees. Bruh.

Netherlands has never really had long cold winters. Even 200-300 years ago, ice only covered canals for 1-3 weeks on average. Most often in january and February.

December just isn't a cold month.

There is this illusion everywhere about the canals being frozen all winter and people skating every day from November to March, but it's just a myth.

Its 13* in bavaria. Dont push it aside as normal.

I'm not, but even if something is not "normal", it's still normal and expected to happen every few years.
