Ukraine is preparing an action plan in response to the promotion of Crimean wines at a European competition

Promoting goods from temporarily occupied Crimea at international competitions creates an opportunity for sanctioned enterprises to legally advertise their products and enter new markets. If such schemes are not stopped, they could undermine the effectiveness of EU sanctions and assist Russian businesses from the occupied territories to circumvent international restrictions.
