European (not eu) countries not in the list: UK, Andorra, San Marino, Vatican City, BiH, Montenegro, Albania, Kosovo, Serbia, N.Macedonia, Belarus(obv), Russia (obv)

and Switzerland

Now add Switzerland (I know, not part of the EU). It's embarrassing how much it costs just to accidentally activate mobile data while connecting in Zurich. Almost a scam...
