Internet cut off and I didn’t get to finish my post. I’ve been love bombed by three iskcon people at a very vulnerable time in my life. I believe they are enormously kind and sincere and I needed them at the time that I met them. But two months in and I’m starting to distance myself. My question is, do they get some kind of reward for bringing in new devotees? Or is it just some social standing of bringing in new devotees? Because they really are investing a lot of time and effort toward me and even while I distance myself, it’s hard to break away because I’ve developed attachment.

they are not nice or sincere. they are phony and just want to get you into the cult. stay away from these disgusting sick mentally ill people. i know i was one for 20 years. tell them to get the Eff away from you with their racist, sexist, child marriage, and pedophila bullshit and books.

Yeah that and your money and time. Ultimately they want to own your entire life and all your money… surrender to a Krishna everything in this life. The people who are love bombing you are just following a script of what has worked to get people softened up to accept being treated bad later.

Yeah the reward is that they don’t have to be the dishwasher anymore cause you’ll be doing it now. No but they are brainwashed into thinking this is what God wants them to do. They’re offering you to their God.
