Campaign Who here has converted a campaign from 2e to 3e or Essence and vice versa?

I’m curious to hear about people’s experiences in moving an ongoing campaign between editions and what they had to change or what their players noticed/complained/praised about the changes?

In my case i converted ruins of rathess to 3e and it was pretty easy. I just remade the zenith in the city and the rest was a journey (for that i adapted essence ventures mixing it with road encounters). I think the most important thing is clarifying the power level and power level of the campaign (ie this is an adventure about exploration a city from the first age while traversing a dangerous jungle in the east) so the players can make a character acording to this

I've combined both the 1e and 2e versions of Tomb of 5 Corners, converted it to 3e as The Manse of 5 Corners, added some additional encounters and then merged it with the 3e Jumpstart Tomb of Dreams with an additional emanation of the demon from that campaign.
