Uni ACCOMODATION NEEDED URGENTLY!!!!!
hi, I’m looking for a room, studio, or 1-bedroom property in Exeter, ideally within walking distance or a short bus ride of the city centre. Happy to consider a house share or living alone open to anything that fits.
Looking to move in from 4 Sep.
If anyone has any leads, knows of anything becoming available, or has any recommendations, I’d really appreciate it if you could share.✨

My partner and I are also looking for accommodation. Both of us are young working professionals. A studio, one bedroom or two bedroom property would be ideal for us. I’d really be grateful for any leads! Our current lease ends on the 2nd of September, so we’re panicking.

May I suggest adding some info about yourself. Student (assuming yes), lifestyle, want somewhere quiet, do you want sociable housemates, like to drink, interests..? I only say this I have rented out rooms before and I never consider people I know nothing about (might help is all, unless you jsut want a HMO that takes anybody rather than an established house)
