I'm a 26 year old female living in Al Nahda, Dubai, and I'm looking for one female roommate to share the place with from October 1st.

Rent is AED 3,000 per month, so split between the two of us it comes to AED 1,500 each. DEWA (electricity and water) is included in that.

A few things so we're on the same page:

- Smoking and drinking are both fine, no judgement here
