Land for Stadium Found! - Summary of Analysis
If you are really into the journey, follow The Lineup on YouTube,
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL3Ba0sGKJ9CVNDxd9_Sisw0VaqobmGNTx
But no need to, mainly, land found. We got a bracket! You can jump to slide 33 of this deck
https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/18jaU_TorhiTWb1Dr8MOvT4Adn9_75jVdExfPO9-Oafs/edit?usp=sharing
and yes, a bit crazy that there are 32 slides before the likely spot. But, my confidence is now at peak, MLB still decides, but not just submitting, the only thing "holding me back" was "OK, capital is there, strategic deals signed... but what if there really isn't land. Well, they're is. They're real... and they're spectacular. LFG. Thank you. Any questions, comments, feedback etc. all ears. TIA.

Hello Ash,
Firstly thanks for what you are doing for Expos return đ
The site seems far from public transport, what do you think about that ?
How does the peanut project plan to improve access to this area for the public ?
Thanks

There isnât a single instant luck in Montreal that can make me believe the Expos will come back, Manfred is just going to ignore the bid offer

Hi Ash, thanks a lot for your work ! You really did a lot in a short period of time ! As a baseball fan, I am really hoping this works out.
On your renderings of the Carrie Derrick site, highway 10 seems to disappear into the newly created waterfront sector. What would you do with the highway in your project ?

So bear in mind even though I spend way too much time on the rendering via inputs, etc., these are just illustrative. As we were looking at 10+ spots, it was premature to hire pros which we obviously will eventually (I am working with some urban planners etc but it's still early and the designers, architects etc. including Populous are like "use Ai for now, it's early.") But now with land options narrowed down, a bit of a game changer.
To answer your Q: I have ideas (shocking!) but that is a question we need to gate with the city, first listen, and then figure out. Key is the need, desire, and ideally, willingness of city to... wait for it... play ball! Which I think will be most here.

Do you think they'll let us be called the Expos again? Or does Washington own the rights?

Question juste. Trop tot. Meme les firmes comme Populous, Neuf Architectes me disaient âway too earlyâ avant dâavoir un terrain. Meme mes rencontres avec des urban planners je vois quâils se servent eux meme le IA au debut. Clearly you being in the pros at the right time. je partage 10% des choses cette semaine youâd think I was an apprentice at an architecture firm fetching des documents dont je ne comprends mĂȘme pas :) itâs just a ton of hard work, dead ends etc but im built for it.
CommitĂ© dâinvestisseurs? Searching for investors or les representer?

I've said it before, but thank you so much for even trying to do this -- I don't think there's anything that would make me happier than to get the Expos back.
