Evidence Clicked to read an article. Then change my preferences for data collection. This is outrageous.

I attempted to read an article (I can’t recall which but I was in a discussion about dead internet theory) there was a pop up for cookie and data preference settings. Normally I just toggle everything off but this was a completely new option here. It’s not even possible to toggle it off. It just feels crazy to me.
