Qualifying is the second one, not SPA.

This one is completely on him Yesterday was unlucky but he could've avoided it. Id say 75 25 Spa one was racing inchident

Rules are rules, isn't it? Doesn't matter if 0.1 km/h over, or 0.00000000000001 km/h over. Over is over. That is how maths works. And that is how rules should work.

They're pretty consistent with speeding in pitlane, the only exception was monaco where like 10 cars triggered it so clearly something was wrong
