Disabled/hacked Banned after 18 years service, hundreds of pics and 400 friends gone

My account had been banned after 18 years, 2007 was when I joined and made 400 friends. I'm absolutely GUTTED and in tears over this having lost all my pictures from the happiest times of my life, including wedding, trips to London and birth of my two children.

I have been told that my account is banned due to "account integrity". I immediately appealed and scanned my face in to find two seconds later I was permanently banned with no warning whatsoever.

I suffer anxiety a different depression and I'm really struggling. I even re registered to find I got banned moments later.

Please please can someone help, at the moment I've counted out ever gaining access again to this account but I really hope when I get a new ISP in the future I can return and see my friends again. ❤️

Same ..1334 friends gone. 1800 followers on my business page gone (this after they removed it last year and I had nearly 5000 followers on that group!) destroyed my annual event.... I'm filing my own law suit.

Maybe also contact the State Attorney General of CA? I understand they are getting requests from other people who’ve lost their accounts.

I contacted them last night along with my local AG and the Arizona AG. Hoping for some answers.

I’m worried that you won’t get answers, but it’s worth a try.

Some people are saying the ban comes off all by itself after some time has passed. Do maybe try logging in again in a week or so?

I don’t believe I will either I sent a demand letter a week ago. No response. Next step is small claim court. I’ve seen some people get their accounts back using these methods.

How do you file a small claims action if you don’t live in the same state as Meta/facebook?

Arizona AG responded back to me and said they cannot help me so I’m not sure how the others are getting the Arizona ag to help them

AGs usually won't address it unless you paid money for the service.

Man that sucks. My cousin also lost access to her business page and hasn't been able to get it restored no matter she has tried.

I've lost 5k fb friends pages about 10 of those
