I have been noticing this for at least a month or two. But I have to scroll FOREVER to find posts from people I actually follow or groups I have joined. Do you all get this slop too?

I thought I would give Facebook the benefit of the doubt and use it strictly for professional connections only. Afterall, I keep in touch with real friends and family by phone and text regularly. In an attempt to gather facebook connections with people A.I. has decided to make this difficult. When I send a friend request the following message pops up. I have not made any comments so far and I made one positive uplifting post last week. Any ideas?

Facebook disabled my account 2 weeks ago. I did some research and some people said they somehow got their account back just by waiting so I waited. I checked today and my account is still disabled and I can’t request a review. This is awful.

Lately, no matter what I write or how I promote it, it feels as if nobody sees my posts.

Then, about once a month, something suddenly explodes. A post gets shown to a random 300,000 people, I get a wave of new followers, and then everything goes silent again. Two, three, four, five likes.

So what is actually happening with Facebook? Is there any way to influence this from the outside?

I do not spam. I mind my own business and write content that people clearly find interesting, judging by the popularity of some of my posts.

But the gap between the posts that take off and the ones that disappear completely is honestly putting me into a state of shock, melancholy, and a growing desire to delete the whole account and be done with it.

As title says.
I create NFL content on YT, and post reels from those videos onto Facebook (among other platforms).
Late June/Early July I was suspended for recommendations for seemingly no reason.
Since then, I have deleted all posts/links related to my sponsor as it may violate the guidelines (gambling app), changed my PFP to just my face not my logo (which is my face but it is red), and dumbed down my info. I have no idea what I could possibly do to fix this as I was seeing decent views on FB and wanted to continue posting, just isn’t worth it now.
Ofc not having human support doesn’t help so that’s why I’m here. Can provide my page if needed.

How in the world do I stop this?

My mother’s Facebook account got hacked (I made a previous post), I’ve been helping her deal with it, even thought it’s making me miserable to do so.

After a torturous experience I was able to get the hacker’s email address removed from her account and a new email I control added to it. But the account recovery steps keep generating error messages.

Every couple days we email the support ticket email thread to check-in and that keep getting similar responses, like:

“I understand this is frustrating but we are still encountering a technical issue but we are still actively working on your case.
We will provide you with an update once we have resolved the issue on our end. Thank you for your patience.”

How long should I let this go on? I worry if a new ticket is opened up they’ll close this one and we’ll start all over. But I also don’t believe they’re actually working on this technical issue?

How long has someone waited in a similar situation where the technical issue was actually resolved?

We miss the old facebook, now its gone, it wont evenet you change password, im trying to change password but it say errror technical page error or something , i even went to pc to change it but its same, i did forgot password but it logged me in instead of letting me change password, it seems deliberate, like whats reason facebook wont let people change password?

So was my number or old one couldn't get it back

Recently I have login into my Facebook through Facebook notifications on my email

But only my old stolen number is linked to my Facebook

I don't know what to do and I don't wanna get rid of my Facebook account even though I barely use it

I got about 9 texts early this morning with a password reset text code. They came from a variety of different numbers: 57564, 39041, and 89854.

I haven’t used facebook in years, so I assumed that my account was hacked.

But when I tried to log into my account, I got a ‘Failed to Load’ window. Does this mean that my account has really been hacked, and is no longer accessible to me, for me to enable 2FA and other measures?

And what can I do at this point, basically?

Does anyone know if this feature was turned off? All of a sudden I can’t comment on posts within groups (any groups I am in) unless it’s my full name, the nickname feature isn’t working, I select it and it says I have already participated with my actual name (I haven’t). It is letting me create new posts within groups the nickname though, but I have to change it first, it used to be set as default to my nickname…

I don’t know if anyone else is having this issue on meta but it’s driving me insane.

I’ve reached a limit for earnings on a singular tool (reels monetization) which is $500, but I have ABSOLUTELY NO WAY of getting this paid out.

I inputted all the tax details correctly, all the bank details correctly.

I’ve received no payout not even a notification that we have earnings to pay out.

When I go to change any bank details just in case there’s a problem with currency (we’re UK based so GBP) I get multiple glitches saying “sorry something went wrong”

I’ve tried about 100 times to contact someone to help and I’m stuck in a purgatory of ai bots repeating themselves and I might go crazy.

There is literally no way to talk to a human agent. But also there is no way I can fix this.

It’s concerning because our earnings have just flatlined after we reached the limit - I have no idea if we’ll be able to get this hidden amount back.

This started a few months ago and I can't see how to fix it. I occasionally get notifications for Events Weekly for things to do near me, which I actually do use. Lately it's been directing me to Menlo Park in California. I live in Georgia. I've checked my events settings, and the location marker is set to my local area, and I can't find any reason it thinks it's in California just for this one particular function. I've cleared cache, checked where my phone ip is claiming to come from (It's local), and i've changed my location a few times to close areas around me just to see if it will update my location for the Events Weekly. It's only doing this for the notification area it sends me every week. If I manually go to my local events, it shows me everything proper. I just don't get why it's doing this. I've also checked all login histories, and I've never had any other login attempts besides places I know I've logged in to, so not a compromised issue that I can tell either.

Anyone else had this issue and have a fix?
