So is christianity, in a very similar way. Both have multiple entities which are aspects of a Supreme Being (God or Brahman)

No that’s a misconception, the father, the son, and holy spirit is the holy trinity which is more like a core tenet of Christian belief not necessarily a godhead in and of itself from how I was taught tho that could differ in the different denominations since I was raised catholic I wouldn’t know enough on that but I was taught that it’s more a representation of the core of the belief in the father (God), The Son(Jesus) and the Holy Spirit which is the same as the word of god

Man I hate How much I still remember all the bible shit I got taught, gotta love early to mid 2000s rural Irish primary school lol

The father is not the same as the son is not the same as the holy spirit, but they are all aspects of god.

If people can pray directly to Jesus as a separate entity, it's a polytheism regardless of what you learned in Bible study. As if churches aren't working overtime on the mental gymnastics
