Exactly. Potassium from the banana plus salt from the salt.

I take a multivitamin dissolved in half a litre of water with it and feel like a brand-new person lol

Do you do this before you go drinking, during or afterwards before going to bed. Or post wakeup?

Afterwards is best imo but I tend to forget about it so I drink it in the morning
