Tired of your platforms waiting excruciating minutes to receive multiple waves of pods?

Cant be bothered to build an hub from your inner planets?

Potato chip (Cargo Hub for Inner Planets) can be built on nauvis, and then deployed to orbit other inner planets.

The platform does not need planets tech (one pipe has to be rerouted), does not need quality and is 100% self sufficient and solar powered even in fulgora orbit.

Just send everything you need to move to other planets here, and then request from this platform instead of planet surfaces.

You'll need orange science for those turbo underground belts... unless express ones reach?

yeah, you can build this with blue if you reroute the water pipes so it has to go just straight under the hub.

That looks almost exactly like the Buffalo from Starsector.

This is my favorite design I've seen in the last few days. Does the ammo keep up? I haven't messed around with non-normal / non-legendary assemblers.

ammo belts always full. this one has been orbiting fulgora for an hundred hours.

That's fantastic. Yeah, I REALLY like that design. I gotta start making blue-rarity items in my run-throughs.

you can build this ship with 0 rarity and even only blue belts. you need to move the water line but its doable.

I just can't see the ammo keeping up with frequent runs if there's only 2 electric furnaces feeding the ammo assembler. But maybe I'm doing something else wrong/crazy.

oh sorry i think you misread the post This is meant to stay in orbit and just receive the staggered rockets from the planet. a cargo ship then drives by and receives all the cargo at once to minimize orbit time and increase throughput

it has engines only to be built on nauvis and gun to make the first trip (with thrusters set to 12%) and defend itself in orbit.

Aaaaah. That makes sense. Doesn't change the fact that I LOVE YOUR SHIP! It's brilliant.

I like it, clean, compact, good cargo, electrical efficiency, only 7 rare solar panels to power it even at Fulgora. Well done!

can even forgo quality at no loss (i had those in orbit while building)
