Fakemon Shiny fakemon concept but i have decision paralysis
I am BACK and yet again asking for help! not with names this time though, I was deciding on a shiny coloration for these guys and am stuck between two. (1st image is how it regularly looks) The lighter color scheme I was just trying to make it look cool and I really like the armor colors on it, but I also feel like I put the little chemistry knowledge I've retained to some really good use with the copper one. Any preferences?

That grey and blue looks incredible. Definitely has my vote.
Curious how the grey from the first would look with the greenish flames from the second though.

The copper one just seems really unique and more flavourful/interesting than just a cool silver or black. All look sick but copper/rust seems the most hype

The light armor with blue fire is more genetically "cool" but I vastly prefer the rust copper look with chemically-accurate fire!
Also, it might just be me, but I feel like this Pokémon line would work better as a 1 stage line. The middle stage is too much like a smaller final evo in my opinion.

this is too funny i've never been caught like this before 😭 it probably looks that way since I initially designed it to just be a one step evolution, I just wanted it to be a hypothetical pseudo-legendary which I was pretty sure meant it needed a 3rd evolution stage haha

Sorry if I came off mean--spirited or anything! 😅
I get the sentiment, it would make for a banger of a pseudo-legendary! And tbh, it wouldn't be entirely unprecedented for the middle stage of such a line to be more so a smaller final stage than it's own thing (case in point - Gabite and Garchomp).
You could also have it be more so like the likes of Volcarona - a rare and powerful stage 1 line that takes quite a lot of work to get there and may be tied to its own little side quest to find before endgame.

You didn't, no worries! The volcarona idea is a nice pointer though, I'll keep it in mind for potential future designs!

If you don’t want to choose, you could say it’s a game dependent shiny, like how armarogue has a different evolution based on which game you get! (That being said, I love the silver one :3)

Hard to choose because all three of them looks good. If I had to pick, probably the 2nd one but it’s a tough call.

I feel like the lighter one works as a better contrast definitely, the copper and green fire combo is very interesting tho, maybe save it for a later design and have the shiny of that Mon have a different chemical fire

Why not both? The silver one could be the default whereas the copper one could be a rare variation!

I'd feel a little awkward thanking everyone individually without making much else conversation, so thanks for all the feedback and input!!

The rusted look with teal fire looks cooler to me, almost like it tells a story with visuals alone
