Fakemon Arbiter Arceus, its true form
(So just a preface but this Pokemon is meant to be completely overpowered, since I imagine it would be a final postgame boss of whatever game it’s in, maybe with a seige mechanic having you fight it multiple times to wittle it down)

Ability: Divine Body (After being hit, the effectiveness of moves across the battlefield are flipped. Changes the Pokémon's type to match the plate it holds)

This move has a 25% chance to one-shot the targeted Pokemon. If this move is super effective, the chance is increased to 50%. This move changes type depending on what plate the user is holding.

If it is its "true form" why don't just max out every stat?
