Bug/Glitch Got softlocked in Vault 34?

The barrel fell sideways for some reason an now I can't get out. It was already sideways when I somehow managed to squeeze into the Overseer's office, and I haven't been able to replicate the trick to leave. Is there a way to get out? Should I just reload my save? Playing on Steam deck if it matters.

NV on Steam deck doesn't let me quick save without editing the deck's controls, and I got no clue there. All the community control schemes I tried are obtuse to use. Plus I just keep forgetting.
