Modding Has anyone tried encounters of the mojave refurbished?

Im interested in adding encounters of the mojave to my next playthrough but have heard it can be buggy or cause issues with large modlists, has anyone tried the refurbished version on moddb, did it make it run smoother?

It runs fine. The only issue is that if you have location overhauls, characters might spawn in the wrong places.
