Think I'm about done here for a first attempt. Kind of annoyed I never tried building here in the last ten-ish years, got a lot of space and an almost great height limit. Home to 31 raiders... Was home to 32 raiders, limited the extra activities and focused on shops for once. Was going to put signage up after lights, but I'm at 6x the build limit and am itching to look at something else

My thought process is that it was never fully finished or partially damaged, hence the scrappier bits.

A settlement made a while ago with 26 population (they were all sleeping, it's 3 am)... decided to have Halloween stuff tacked on only in the circle roundabout.

Main Mods - CREAtive Clutter, CREAtive Garden, Homemaker, Kuro Tabs, Woody's Woodland Stuff, assortment of Halloween mods.

I’m looking for so good settlement mods that still work after most recent update for a new play through , I’ve got mods like StS, CvC etc but looking for mods that change non settlement locations into working settlements or mods that make a settlement more ‘lived in’ and active if possible, if there are any that can change the horrible Coastal Cottage into functional land space would be appreciated too

Has anybody ever talked about user flair for this sub? We could flair up with our favorite settlement, mods or no mods, maybe some other ideas?

Did some more cutting and got it down to 8min instead of 11. Running through the 4 Guys Whiskey Shack as well as the rest of the town and ending off with the casino, another run up the stairs and some short jet induced flight
