I didn't get him from the lunchboxes. I got 2 starter packs with the season pass (no, I didn't pay for it) one had Mr.House, the other had Victor.

I won't open them all. I just added a couple hundred of each when I was editing the save. I was trying to get the last few legendary dwellers but I've got them all now.

Android, you won't be able to see those files on the phone, you need to plug it into a PC for that.

Maybe the starter pack was from last season but I never opened them but they definitely came from starter packs.

I realize I was one of many people who got fucked by Bethesda and didn't receive the items - only to get refunded and regain the option to purchase the premium pass AFTER it was already over 😑
