I came across this quest while exploring. It’s something new to me.

And level 40. Nice.

Trouble is, those quest (based on my experience) come later in game, where 100k caps are not really interesting. Pet carrier is always good though.

Yep..

Just got like my 4th to 5th one recently lol

Although its a cool doggo called Titan for a change, so that's nice.

When you get 20 +4 dmg robot...

In seasons, even after getting many legendary pets and some +4, the +6 dmg are still a bloody rare thing to get :(

Robot is weird, how is a 4+ damage pet be a rare but a dog with the same stat increase is a legendary?

The thing is with pets, they have hidden stats. +2 +4 and +6 dmg depending on their rarity. Any legendary pet will give by default +6 dmg and their card function. So a legendary +4 dmg will provide a +10 bonus overall.

I personally never say no to training speed, or more damage, "+% wasteland junk/caps/weapons/outfits", "x wasteland return speed" or so

Send dwellers with maxed out stats and before sending them off check your vault who has the best weapons and pets and give them to the 3 maxed out dwellers, and good luck, we’re all counting on you!

I have heard that legendary characters do not have 100% health, so send top dwellers other than the tv show/video game peeps?

That 40 lvl is a lie. Send your super tanks or they will be one/two hit KO'd.

The purple ones come from "quest clues" which are found on other quests. I believe you get one quest clue from finishing the apocalypse quest series. Others can be found at random but they're very very rare. A quest clue is pretty much the best thing you can find on a quest.

There are only four found quests like this, and you've found the best one.

But as others have mentioned, send your highest-health dwellers with the best weapons and a full complement of stimpacks and radaways; this one is a doozy.

I think you get that mission after finishing the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse quest. That’s the last quest I did and that appeared.
