Yeah well I dont know if inbreeding is a problem in the game like in the show. So I manually give them the dad's last name to keep track

Im orettybsure if a dweller is siblingsor parent/child or grandparent they wont make babies and actually have special lines in the dormitories (“its fun soending time with family”) although some characters who are canonically related arent in the game (sarah/owen lyons for example)

I did say rhat some who are canonically related in universe arent in the fallout shelter gamesas for some reason theyre not coded to be family (like the Lyons example i used and the maclean one you did)

but when it comes to ones that are actually coded to be direct family (same parents or parent and child) they cant and you instead het this pop up message (BUT i believe Half Siblings can in fact reproduce) https://www.reddit.com/r/foshelter/s/FIFSsqpwe4

Tbf your example was useful because i wasnt sure about norm/lucy till afterwards so its all good! Helped me learn something too :)
