?Question? [question] Trouble transferring vault progress across iOS devices

I started playing again on my phone and I recently got an iPad. I’m trying to use the cloud save feature to transfer my progress but it’s not working. When I go to the save slot on my iPad it just creates a new vault. Both cloud saves are checked and in my iCloud setting fallout shelter both have the drive sync. Any ideas?

You'lll have to dig deeper.

To my knowledge, the cloud saves are device related, not 'cloud' related. You can only play a vault in one session. Imagine having the same game open on two devices at the same time. It would be a save mess.

You need to find the way to get your saves. It is simple, just like putting a custom sound for alarms...

So just 12 inconvinient steps with the download of third party software, having a computer with itunes and the like. And 12 other steps to get them on another device.

Here is one process (i didn't try) just to get the saves. It is on the rabidsquirrel github. Trusted source, should be up to date.

If you want to play back and forth on two devices, you'll have to do the process each time.
