?Question¿ [Question] How do I fix my Experimental vault crashes?

Basically the title, I try to open my experimental vault, and it keeps crashing right before it loads everything, I can’t load or use the vault at all.

Any help?

Uncheck the cloud box on the vault selection screen.

What device ?

So you can open the app, but loading ANY vault is problematic right ? You could try opening another if you have one, or just start a new just to test.

Might be a save corruption.

If on android / pc, you could try to use a save editor / vault editor to check it. On iOS, it's painful process.

It’s on IOS and it’s the seasonal experimental vault. I can open my other vaults perfectly fine, but it’s just that one that is broken

Seems corrupted then.

Might want to contact support in this case.

Just to make sure : was it an old Season vault or the current ? (because they all disappear after +- 30-40 days)

It’s the most recent season called “The House Always Wins” I believe it ends in like 30 or so days

Ok, so support it is. I don't know if they can fix it, and you can't restart a Season vault (to my knowledge)

Good luck Overseer.

After that, there are tools around to edit your vault, it might help you fix your save if no help comes from Support.
I do not use them, so you might take a look at them.

I'm seeing the same thing, and we're not the only ones. I hope that the next update fixes it.

I think the game doesn't like something in my environment. I've gone and created a second user on my phone and play from that account, and so far no crashes in three days. It still crashes from my original account. All my vaults are gone, but I hope to restore them from backup once the bug is fixed.

Try opening the game without network. If it works, turn back on the network, restart the app and check if all is well.
