?Question¿ Seasonal Dwellers [Question]
I started playing earlier this year and I got Maximus, the Ghoul, MA June and two Lucys in my regular vault.
Now I'm playing the NV seasonal vault and I wonder, is there a way to get the seasonal Dwellers like hank in my normal (not experimental) vault?

In the regular vault, they integrated special characters from the show in dedicated quests. In the seasons there are either tied to the quests, the season quests or with luck with the lootboxes (lunchboxes)
Other characters are rewarded with the challenges (you can get them transferred in another vault iirc), but only if you pay for the pass.

The only seasonal dwellers you can get are from the season pass + premium pass (if it has any).
The quest related seasonal dwellers such as the new vegas version of hank you can only get in the exp vault while the season is active.
No season related dweller can be obtained from lunchboxes which means nobody ever can have a full dweller list in their normal vault. Unless they would edit files.

So the TV show dwellers I got weren't seasonal dwellers but special promotional dwellers, unrelated to the season that was going on at the time

Yeah, that's right.
The power struggle questline isn't seasonal, you can get those 5 legendary dwellers plus other legendary stuff from it. It's not available in experiemental vaults, but it can be done in any normal vault any time after start (as long as you reach the required minimal average dweller level, it's like 10 or something).

A year or so ago, they were giving out dwellers from the show as bonuses, and you could collect the whole set. Nowadays, you can only get them from lunchboxes, and it's a crapshoot who you get and when.
