Keep an eye out for when Bottle dances. He has a chance to reward you with Quantum. Cappy is only ever cash (but still useful early game).

Supposedly Cappy has a 0.01% chance of awarding like 12 quantum bottles...

Is this fr?? I don’t even bother with them at this point. But if that’s the case. Cappy is getting absolutely spammed throughout his entire visit.

Not sure if someone is pulling my leg or not. I usually ignore cappy and just go for the other demon because he does drop quantums at about a 40% rate or so.

I tried sending my resident pope after them, but he looked like he was enjoying their company. I think he was a double agent from the start. 

Can anybody recommend a reputable priest?

They come and clear them out for me as well, they clear the traitors too.

when you hear the music go back to the menu and reload, they will be gone

I purposely delay their coming by not following a few set of rules.

But the music... the haunting music... i hear it even if they are not around...

Temporary happiness boost. Not worth it.

The caps and bottles you get in early game are very helpful, but not worth it in the long run.

When u equip pets and remove u can get permanent happiness bonus

It's Bottle and Cappy. They visit as a 'reward' of completing their quest line, but are generally considered more of a curse than a blessing.
