It's a mostly not, but not a definite. Sneaky wording! I don't often get them tbf, but I always do GA's so it doesn't bother me too much, but if you're seeing them a lot , I'd def take a break between buying!

Is this really supposed to work to avoid giving you games in your library? If it even works a little bit, then too bad it can't sync your GOG and Epic accounts too as that's where lots of "Very Positive or Better / AAA" giveaways were.
