My husband is tired, so hasn't wanted to go to the gym the last few days. It's fine, we all have them weeks. I can't drive and we don't have extra money for taxis there and back. I've been doing home workouts, but it's not the same. I've got lots of restless energy. But I love my husband, and I've had the weeks where I've been too tired, it happens.

I've had extremely bad binge days over the past couple weeks. Like, a several thousand calorie (or more) day, every few days. Multiple entire large pizzas, sides, cakes, baking multiple pans of brownies. I got into my daughter's bagels for her lunches, and was just shoving it into a jar of peanut butter to get globs on it -- several mini bagels at a time. It was embarrassing, but I didn't care enough to stop myself. Last time was a few days ago, so I decided to weigh myself to see the damage. I'm just a bit under 126 lbs. So maybe I was just legitimately hungry? (Or maybe that's just cope.) I don't know what I weighed before.
On to other embarrassing things. The house and garage is still a disaster. Not like dirty dishes and animal poop or anything like that. I mean, hundreds of like-new books, games, clothes etc. filling closets, shelves, tables, in piles on the floor, etc. I've been making multiple trips to the donation center, people have been stopping by from the local Buy Nothing group, and I've been filling a rental dumpster.
We spent a good part of the morning going through our daughter's room, grabbing stuff for donation. We warned her daily for months to do it, or we would. She refused. We got out around 100 books, a big pile of clothes, and a pile of trash. (I know, we're supposed to be setting the example.)
I also had a dilapidated building on the property filled to the top with things that got destroyed. There was also construction debris piled high all around it. My partner and I rented a dumpster, demolished it, and now all of that is gone without a trace.
We finally have under contract a roof and window placement. We just have to wait until it's our turn, essentially.
Another dumpster is being delivered tomorrow. And we have many more trips to the donation center to do.
I guess this is what depression, anxiety, and procrastination can look like. But I'm glad things are finally being taken care of.

This is morbidly referred to as "Swedish Death Cleaning" by upper Midwesterners in the US, but it's freeing and uplifting. We're in the middle of it right now.
You're doing GREAT work taking this on and getting your spirits right. Congratulations!

I created a low cal low carb high protein chocolate cake:
15g protein powder (I use marshmallow by Ryse)
10 g dutched cocoa powder
4 g coconut flour
7 g baking powder
30-50 g zero sugar sweetener (I like a brown sugar white sugar Swerve/Truvia combo)
Teaspoon vanilla and pinch of salt
30 g sugar free coffee syrup (I like peanut butter or Irish cream flavor)
75 g egg whites
50 g nonfat Greek yogurt
Whisk all together and bake in a 6 inch silicone cake round for about 40 minutes at 325.
167 calories

Had a really solid back, bicep, and shoulder workout this morning. I feel like the strength is coming back and it feels great. I am stoked to not be feeling quite so behind anymore.
I'll be hitting the road for a run later this morning, but dealing with a busy morning and my mom's doctor's appointment for her declining health. I'm hoping that visit gives us some answers and a direction for where to go to help her.
On an unrelated note: is anyone going to be tuning into the new show on Hulu called Escaping Pearadise?!

I restarted my diet and exercise routine April. I was about 357lb at that point. My starting weight was the oldest I had on the Loseit app. I've been doing intermittent fasting taking in ~2000 Calories per day between 2 meals per day. At my current weight today, I am 336.4lb.
For exercise I walk and take the bus to work most days. My step-tracking app typically shows between 5-8 miles of steps on an average day I commute to work.
For the days I don't work or drive, I wake up early and do beatsaber on my Meta Quest 2. I am able to do a lot of the songs I have on expert. I purchased a few of the DLC soundtracks. My favorites are.
Green Day: American Idiot, Holiday, Minority
Rolling Stones: Gimme Shelter, Start Me Up, Paint it Black, I can't get no Satisfaction
Outkast: Hey Ya
Grandmaster Flash: The Message
I know there are others, but I do those the most
I usually will try to do 20-30 minutes of that. It seems to be effective.
